Tips for a good scan

• Get the whole board in the frame, with a little margin.
• Hold the phone flat over the page; a moderate angle is fine.
• Avoid glare and shadows across the diagram.
• Squares marked ? are the model’s least confident guesses. Tap one to check it, or tap any square to change the piece.

Rankfile is made for printed diagrams, digital boards and puzzle pages — not for photographing a physical 3D board.

Where is my data?

Photos, PDFs and saved positions stay on your iPhone. Rankfile does not have an account and does not upload anything. Delete a position or a book in the app to remove it. See the privacy policy.
